Returns Policy

Thank you for purchasing Sealegend's products! We value your satisfaction and shopping experience very much and understand that sometimes customers change their minds.

For orders placed at Sealegend.com, the following return policies apply:

  1. If the return is due to the consumer's reason, the consumer shall bear the shipping costs. The specific fee will be based on the courier company you choose.
  2. If the return is due to our fault, such as receiving damaged products or quality issues, we will cover the shipping costs incurred.
  3. New/unassembled products can be returned in original packaging within 30 days of product delivery for a full refund. If it exceeds 30 days, we are sorry, but we will not be able to process your return request.

    Return & Refund Policy

    If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer service team at support@sealegend.net to request return authorization. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for the return in your message.

    All returns must be reviewed and approved by our support team before proceeding. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

    For returns due to personal reasons (such as change of mind or preference), the following conditions apply:

    • The product must be in its original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation.

    • Items must be unused, undamaged, and free from scratches or other signs of wear.

    If you received a defective or damaged product, please reach out to our customer support immediately. Our team will assess the situation and determine the appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or a full refund.

    Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 10 business days. The exact time may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

    • Please note that expedited shipping and priority service fees are non-refundable as these services have already been rendered.
    Returns due to personal reasons (e.g., dislike, wrong purchase) Customer
    •  Refund after deducting return shipping costs, prioritizing gift card balance (if invalid, may be replaced with a new gift card or cash upon agreement), remaining amount based on actual product price (excluding discounts), processed within 10 business days.
    • Expedited shipping or priority service fees are non-refunded.

    • The refund amount will be based on the actual amount paid for the product, excluding any discounts.
    • Please note that fees for expedited shipping and priority services are non-refundable as these services have already been fulfilled.

    Notes

    • Return shipping costs will be calculated based on the actual shipping charges incurred or Sealegend’s standard return rates, whichever applies.
    • Refunds involving gift cards will be credited back to the original card whenever possible; if the original card is no longer valid, a replacement card or cash refund may be provided subject to mutual agreement.
    • Refund amounts do not include promotional discounts such as coupons, nor do they cover expedited shipping or priority service charges.
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

     

    Cancel the Order

    1. Our warehouse usually delivers goods within 1-2 working days. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at support@sealegend.net as soon as possible.
    2. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel the order. If the item has been shipped and is being shipped to you, we will treat the order as a return (see the policy above).
