For orders placed at Sealegend.com, the following return policies apply:
- If the return is due to the consumer's reason, the consumer shall bear the shipping costs. The specific fee will be based on the courier company you choose.
- If the return is due to our fault, such as receiving damaged products or quality issues, we will cover the shipping costs incurred.
- New/unassembled products can be returned in original packaging within 30 days of product delivery for a full refund. If it exceeds 30 days, we are sorry, but we will not be able to process your return request.

Cancel the Order
- Our warehouse usually delivers goods within 1-2 working days. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at support@sealegend.net as soon as possible.
- If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel the order. If the item has been shipped and is being shipped to you, we will treat the order as a return (see the policy above).
